Customer Privacy Notice

Effective: October 8, 2026

1. What we collect. When you order: name, email, phone (if given), shipping and billing address, items ordered, and order history. Payment card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by us. When you browse: basic technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed. When you contact us: your message and contact details.

2. How we use it. To process and ship orders, send order and shipping updates, manage subscriptions, answer questions, prevent fraud, meet legal duties, and improve the site. We send marketing email only if you sign up or opt in, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

3. Who we share it with. Service providers that help us run the store, only as needed: Stripe (payments and customer portal), our hosting provider (Netlify), our fulfillment partner (name and shipping address so your order can be delivered), carriers, and email and spreadsheet tools we use to track orders (Google). We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Cookies. The site uses cookies and similar technology needed for checkout and security.

5. Retention. We keep order records as long as needed for taxes, accounting, and disputes (generally 7 years), and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.

6. Your choices and rights. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and unsubscribe from marketing at any time, by emailing hello@eotcoffee.com. Residents of some states have additional rights; we will honor valid requests as the law requires.

7. Security. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

8. Children. The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes. We will post updates here with a new effective date.
