All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card information.
Maybe. We roast and ship fast — sometimes orders are out the door within a few hours of being placed, so the window is short. Email hello@endoftimes.coffee as soon as you can with your order number and what you'd like to change. If we haven't shipped yet, we'll take care of it.
If it's already shipped, see the Returns & Issues section below.
Yes. We work with cafes, restaurants, offices, and other small businesses. Volume pricing kicks in at five pounds per month. Email wholesale@endoftimes.coffee with what you're thinking and we'll send a price sheet.
Not yet. They're on the list. If you want to gift coffee in the meantime, the easiest move is to subscribe someone to a monthly plan in their name and cancel after however many months you want — no penalty.
Every order is roasted to order and packed within 72 hours of being placed. Most orders are out the door within 24–48 hours. The roast date is stamped on every bag.
Transit time depends on where you are. USPS Priority Mail is typically 2–3 business days within the continental US.
Flat rate $6 for US orders. Free shipping on orders over $50 (and free on every subscription shipment, regardless of size).
Canada is $14 flat. We don't currently ship outside North America — international expansion is on the roadmap.
The lower 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. If you're outside North America and want our coffee, send us an email — we may be able to make something work for larger orders.
Yes. You'll get an email when your order is placed (from Stripe) and another when it ships (from us), with USPS tracking. Both go to the email you used at checkout.
Email us. We'll either replace it or refund it — your choice. We don't make you fight the post office.
Very. We roast in small batches (typically 5 lbs at a time) only after orders come in. Your coffee is usually 4–7 days off the roaster when it lands on your doorstep, which is roughly when coffee peaks for flavor.
Every bag has the roast date stamped on the bottom so you know exactly what you're getting.
Whole bean stays fresh significantly longer. Ground coffee starts losing flavor within minutes — by the time it reaches you, the magic is gone. Grinding at home, even with a cheap blade grinder, makes a noticeable difference.
If you really want it ground, email us before placing your order and we'll grind to your brewing method, no charge. We'd rather you have great coffee than the "right" coffee.
If you're unsure what grind to ask for, the brewing guide walks through it method by method.
The flavor window for whole-bean coffee is roughly 2–6 weeks after roasting. After that it's still drinkable for a couple months — just less interesting.
If you bought a bag, drink it within a month for the best experience. If you bought three bags, open one at a time and keep the others sealed.
Sealed bag, room temperature, away from light. The bag has a one-way valve that lets CO₂ escape without letting oxygen in — it's doing real work, so don't transfer the beans to a different container until you've opened it.
Don't refrigerate or freeze it. Moisture is the enemy. The fridge is humid, and freeze-thaw cycles ruin the beans.
End of Times Blend — Our signature dark roast. Heavy, brooding, bold. Notes of dark chocolate, burnt caramel, and despair.
Last Light — Medium roast. Smooth, balanced, more nuance. Notes of toasted almond, milk chocolate, and fading sun.
Ground Zero — Espresso roast. Built for pressure brewing — pulls a thick, syrupy shot. Also works in a moka pot.
We source direct from growers in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala. We know our growers by name and pay above market rate. The specific origin breakdown for each roast changes seasonally as harvests come in — check the back of the bag for the current details.
Pick a tier (Solo, Duo, or Bunker) on the subscribe page. We ship fresh-roasted coffee on the same day every month. You pick your roast preferences when you sign up and can change them anytime from your account.
Free shipping on every subscription shipment, regardless of tier.
The first charge happens at signup. After that, you're charged on the same day each month, just before we roast and ship your order. You'll get an email a few days before the charge so there are no surprises.
Yes. Anytime. One click in your account. No retention surveys, no "are you sure?", no guilt trip about the bunker waiting for you.
Pause holds your subscription without canceling — useful if you're traveling or stockpiling. Cancel ends it entirely; you can re-subscribe whenever.
After your first subscription order, you can return to the manage subscription page anytime. Enter the email you used at checkout and we'll send you straight into your Stripe-hosted account where you can pause, cancel, update your card, change your shipping address, or swap roasts.
No password to remember — we look you up by email.
Yes. Log into your account anytime before your next billing date and change your roast selection. Duo and Bunker subscribers can mix and match.
Use the pause button in your account. Pausing skips the next charge and shipment; you can resume whenever. We never auto-cancel a paused subscription — it just waits.
If they do, we'll email you at least 30 days before any change takes effect, and you can cancel or pause without penalty. We'd rather lose a subscriber than surprise them.
Tell us. We'll either refund you or send a different roast on us, your call. We're not in the business of arguing with people about whether they liked their coffee.
One reasonable request per customer — we trust you, and we'd rather you find a roast you love than feel stuck with one you don't.
Email us a photo at hello@endoftimes.coffee within a week of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no charge. No need to return the damaged bag — keep it, brew what you can, compost the rest.
If it's been more than 10 business days since your shipping confirmation, email us. We'll track it down with USPS, and if it's truly lost we'll send a replacement.
For unopened merch (mugs, tees, totes), yes — within 30 days of delivery, in original condition. Email us and we'll send a return label. Refund hits your card within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
For coffee specifically, we don't accept returns of opened or unopened bags — once it leaves us, we can't legally re-sell it. But the "didn't like it" policy above covers you.
