Terms of Sale and Use

1. Who we are. End of Times Coffee ("EOT", "we", "us") sells whole bean coffee through eotcoffee.com. Contact: hello@eotcoffee.com. The seller is Arcadia Consulting, LLC (doing business as End of Times Coffee), 100 N Howard St #5619, Spokane, WA 99201.

2. Using the site. You may use the site for lawful personal shopping. Do not misuse it, interfere with it, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

3. Products and prices. Prices are in US dollars. Bags are 12 oz unless stated. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund.

4. Orders and payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and we send confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, stock problems, or an incomplete or undeliverable address.

5. Subscriptions. Subscription plans (Solo, Duo, Bunker) renew monthly at the price shown at sign-up until you cancel. Cancel any time from the customer portal or by emailing hello@eotcoffee.com before the next renewal. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a past charge except as stated in section 8.

6. Shipping. We ship within the United States. Orders are packed and shipped by a fulfillment partner and usually leave within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates. You will receive tracking when available. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.

7. Taxes. Applicable sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout.

8. No returns; all sales final. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, and we do not give refunds or exchanges for change of mind, taste, size, or fit. This applies to all products, coffee and merchandise, opened or unopened. The only exception is an order that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or does not arrive: email hello@eotcoffee.com within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and, if damaged, a photo, and we will replace the item or refund it. You do not need to send the item back. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under applicable law.

9. Allergens and product information. Product pages describe roast and flavor notes. Contact us with allergy or dietary questions before you buy.

10. Intellectual property. The EOT name, logo, label art, photos, and site content belong to EOT or its licensors. Do not copy or use them without written permission.

11. Disclaimer and limits. The site and products are provided as described, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

12. Governing law. Washington law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in King County, Washington, unless the law gives you the right to sue elsewhere.

13. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted when you order applies to that order.
